Integration inventory

We start by mapping every integration your product actually depends on — what each one does, what data flows through it, and what breaks if it goes down. That inventory tells us which connectors are load-bearing and worth rebuilding natively, and which are fine as they are. Nothing gets replaced until we understand what it's carrying.

Authentication

Third-party connections live or die on how they authenticate. We implement the right pattern for each service — OAuth flows, API keys, signed requests, token refresh — with credentials stored safely and scoped correctly, so an integration isn't a hole in your security. No secrets in the client, no over-privileged tokens.

Webhooks

Inbound events are where fragile integrations fail quietly, so we build them to hold up:

  • Signature verification, so you only act on events that are really from the source
  • Idempotency, so a redelivered event doesn't double-charge or double-process
  • Durable handling, so a slow downstream step doesn't drop the event
  • Replay and backfill, so you can recover when an upstream service has an outage

Observability & error handling

An integration you can't see is an integration you can't trust. We add logging, metrics and alerting around each connection, with retries and sensible fallbacks so a transient failure recovers on its own — and clear surfacing when something needs a human. When an integration breaks, you'll know before your customers do, and you'll know why.

API integration questions.

Do I have to replace every plugin?
No. We inventory what you depend on and rebuild only the integrations that are load-bearing or risky. Connectors that are doing their job and aren't critical can stay as they are.
Why replace a plugin that currently works?
Usually because it's a black box — you can't see into it, can't monitor it, and can't change it when the business needs to. Rebuilding the important ones as code gives you authentication, observability and error handling you control.
How do you make webhooks reliable?
We verify signatures so only genuine events are acted on, make handling idempotent so redelivered events don't double-process, and add durable handling with replay so an upstream outage doesn't silently lose data.
Will you connect systems that don't have a ready-made integration?
Yes — that's much of the work. Where a service exposes an API, we can build and own the integration to it, with the same authentication and reliability standards as any other connection.
