When to keep the prototype

Not everything needs rebuilding, and we'll say so. A prototype that's still finding product-market fit, or a screen that changes weekly, is often better left where it is. We look at what's actually load-bearing — the flows that move revenue, hold customer data, or block the next hire — and focus there. If the honest answer is "keep iterating for now," that's the recommendation you'll get.

Code & architecture review

We start by reading what you have. For AI-generated code that means the real state of the repo — structure, dependencies, dead paths, and the shortcuts a generator takes that don't survive contact with production. For no-code, it means mapping the workflows, data model and integrations the tool is hiding. You get a plain-language read on what's solid, what's risky, and what it would take to make it production-grade.

Before any rebuild, we agree on what "production" means for your product specifically — the flows in scope, the parity bar, and what's explicitly out for now. The goal is a scope you can see and push back on, so the work matches the product rather than gold-plating it.

The result ships to infrastructure you control, in your own repository and accounts, with documentation and a handover. There's no lock-in to us — you own the code from the first commit, and you can run it, extend it, or hand it to another team.

Do you throw away my prototype and start over?
Not by default. We keep what earns its place — a data model, a design language, flows that work — and rebuild only the parts that carry real production risk. The review comes first so the decision is deliberate, not automatic.
My app was built by an AI coding tool. Can you work with that?
Yes. We read the generated code as-is, map what it actually does, and tell you plainly where it's production-ready and where a generator's shortcuts need replacing. You get an honest state-of-the-repo read before any rebuild.
